Follow these steps to complete your manual application to The Dark Warrior Academy.

Read TDWA Prospectus

Thoroughly review all prospectus documents to understand our programs, policies, and requirements.

Download Application Forms

Download both the TDWA Declaration Form and Application Form.

Complete Both Forms

Fill out both forms completely and accurately. Ensure all information is legible and correct.

Attach Required Documents

Gather and attach all supporting documents:

  • Certified copy of ID/Birth Certificate
  • Latest academic report
  • Proof of residence
  • Any other required certificates

Scan into Single PDF

Scan all completed forms and documents into a single PDF file.

File naming format: Student Full Name_Admission_Application.pdf

Email Your Application

Send the PDF file to our admissions email address:

admissions@tdwalearninghub.co.za

Subject: TDWA Application - [Student Full Name]

Wait for Confirmation

A TDWA representative will contact you within 3-5 working days to confirm receipt of your application.

Registration Process

Once accepted, wait for the registration period to open. We will contact you via SMS, call, or email to complete your registration.
